Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage processes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines..
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Help train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Help implement new ideas and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
Skills
Proven experience in food service management within a fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.Experience managing a dietary department is a plus.Excellent management skills to ensure efficient restaurant operations.Strong understanding of the food industry trends.Exceptional leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
