Attorney Litigation (3 years exp.)

Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney .

Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP is located in Suffolk County with headquarters in Riverhead. Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to independently manage own caseload through all phases of litigation. Experience in construction litigation and drafting construction agreements is a plus. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motion papers. Strong deposition experience is required. Trial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

JD degree from law school and in good standing with NYS Bar Association. 3-5 years' law firm litigation experience required. Excellent critical thinking, writing, organization and research, including Lexis skills. Exceptional judgment and the proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively.
