Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Data Ethics and AI Governance to join our Responsible AI Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, USA

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :

• Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of AI regulatory changes within the First Line of Defense.
• Oversee alignment of AI governance policies, including BNYs Data Ethics Framework, with regulatory requirements and internal Key Performance / Risk Indicators (KPIs / KRIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret AI regulations and translate them into actionable, sustainable controls.
• Serve as subject matter expert on AI regulation and governance, advising senior leadership and key stakeholders on compliance risks and mitigation, and reporting on progress.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI governance by monitoring regulatory developments and integrating best practices into BNYs frameworks.
