• The primary purpose of this position is to ensure proper filing, posting, issuance and maintenance of all Wyandotte County District Court records.
• This position file new cases, update information on the computer, assist clients, attorneys, and other court personnel, and performs other duties as assigned.
• Required Education and Experience Applicants must have high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of modern office management practices and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to understand court procedures and policies.
• Skills in the operating of office equipment.
• Must be able to work with some degree of independence and responsibility.
• Must have good Customer services skills.
• Maintain confidentiality.
