Maintenance Supervisor

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading company in West Chester, OH! Pay : $100,000-$115,000 annually

Schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM | Monday-Friday (flexible)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and custodial resources to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Develop and manage maintenance goals aligned with production targets.
• Control maintenance budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate preventive / predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and project execution.
• Troubleshoot plant systems to minimize downtime.
• Supervise team scheduling, performance, and training.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and manage contractors.
• Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
