Job Description

Casa Cruz New York is seeking an experienced Server Captain to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment, with proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities :

Lead the service team on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and consistency with Casa Cruz standards.

Provide refined, attentive, and professional service to guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable dining experiences.

Support and guide servers and assistants, maintaining strong communication and teamwork throughout service.

Coordinate with management, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure seamless execution of service.

Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, wine list, cocktails, and daily specials to confidently guide guests.

Ensure table settings, partner relations, and dining room standards are upheld at all times.

Handle guest requests and resolve issues with grace, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience as Captain, Lead Server, or similar position.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Professional appearance and confident presence on the floor.

Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment.
