A company is looking for an Inbound Patient Account Services Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of specialty processes and assist patients with billing and reimbursement
Build trusting relationships with patients and manage difficult situations with empathy
Document interactions accurately and follow up to resolve patient concerns
Required Qualifications
6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections practices, or infusion services
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for at least 1 year
Flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Verifiable high school diploma or GED required
