• Average of 12 patient encounters per shift
• Clinic procedures required
• Call ratio 2 : 4 with one-hour response time
• 5 patients seen on average with 3 admissions
• Both IP and OP rounding required
• Average 5 phone consults per shift
• Ongoing coverage through 2026
