Pay Rate : $1814.75 - $1988.50

Scottsburg, Indiana, a picturesque town, offers the opportunity to enjoy serene nature at Hardy Lake State Park and discover local history at the Scott County Heritage Center and Museum. The SNF provides a nurturing environment for patients requiring occupational therapy. You will be responsible for evaluating and administering customized therapy plans to enhance the physical and mental well-being of residents. Typical days will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in providing focused patient care. The facility is dedicated to maintaining a supportive culture, recognized for community care excellence. Shifts vary, offering flexibility to accommodate patient needs while ensuring healthcare standards are met efficiently.

Occupational Therapist, Skilled

Preferred Qualifications

Previous SNF / LTC experience is greatly preferred and any familiarity with either Net Health Therapy or Matrix EMR and Innova.

• 2 days per week (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays — 12 hour weekly guarantee).
