Summary :

We are looking for a Seam Welder to join our team. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to join metal parts along continuous seams, ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds. You’ll play an important role in producing reliable components that meet safety and performance standards.

Hours : Flexible schedule - choose between a 4-day, 10-hour shift or a standard 5-day, 8-hour shift during regular business hours.

Requirements :

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Operate seam welding machines and related equipment to join sheet metal and other components.
• Prepare and position parts for welding according to blueprints, work orders, or supervisor instructions.
• Monitor welding operations to maintain consistent welds and seam quality.
• Inspect finished welds for strength, accuracy, and appearance.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on welding equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
