Your love of providing excellent customer service to our homeowners, guests and avid golfers will ensure long-lasting wonderful memories of our beautiful Arnold Palmer designed golf course.  Your basic knowledge of golf and of all aspcects of the offerings that our world-class resort has to offer will surely contribute to a returning guest for years to come.

Golf Course Attendant

General Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation, as well as dining options.
  • Explain all golf products, services and other information about the resort.
  • Possess a good understanding of golf rules and regulations and proper course etiquette.
  • Answer any questions and assist guests with their requests.
  • Resolve guest issues focusing on guest satisfaction.  Use supervisor assistance if needed.
  • Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals clean, presentable and available for use.
  • Keep driving range clean and water containers filled.
  • Keep the course water containers filled with ice water.
  • Maintain trash and restroom receptacles.
  • Maintain ground area around the pro shop and driving range.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Running Y Properties Employee Handbook.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications : Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Must be able to multi task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills.

  • Will work near moving or mechanical parts
  • May work on high or precarious places
  • Varying schedule to include mornings, weekends, some holidays or extended hours as business dictates
