Lawn Care Manager / Business Developer – Lead the Crew & Make Lawns Shine!

Are you a hands-on leader who loves solving problems, keeping teams on track, and turning every lawn into a masterpiece? A+ Lawn & Landscape is looking for a Lawn Care Manager / Business Developer to take the reins, manage our crews, and make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and beautifully — all while having fun and making a real impact!

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, coach, and inspire lawn care technicians to deliver top-quality results
• Plan and manage daily operations, schedules, and resources to keep jobs running smoothly
• Conduct job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Be the go-to problem solver for your team and our customers
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop crew members while enforcing company policies and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of crew performance, materials, and job progress

$80,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
