Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a committed and driven Project Manager with senior-level experience to become a part of our Telecom PMO team! This role offers substantial exposure within the company's Telecom PMO, necessitating the Senior Project Manager to demonstrate proficiency in coordinating a portfolio comprising several projects. These projects will involve activities such as growing fiber optic networks, establishing interconnect access points in various sites, constructing telecom facilities like shelters and towers, deploying network equipment, and improving company's bandwidth capacity throughout the state of Texas. This role will bridge technical expertise and field execution, ensuring projects are delivered to specification. This position demands expertise in leading all aspects of building, scheduling, composing resources, managing budgets, encouraging vendor relationships, and developing technical execution to ensure successful portfolio delivery. The ideal candidate will have confirmed experience in Telecom construction, with a strong knowledge of industry standards, and proficient in project management tools. This opportunity involves working on the company Telecommunications portfolio, which will allow the candidate to participate in a Telecom expansion covering extensive regions of Texas. This expansion aims to improve critically important electric grid network communications that benefit Texans. This will be a hybrid position, with a minimum of two days in the office.

Key Functions :

• Lead multi-year telecom projects within the Telecom portfolio
• Develop project plans
• Work together with multiple teams to coordinate project activities
• Manage schedule and financial tracking
• Track and report progress
