Location : Lawrence Township, NJ (50% onsite)

Duration : 12 months initial (potential extension / potential right to hire)

Hours : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

• Experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects. Pharma GxP software development experience preferred
• Agile Expertise : Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
• Leadership and Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Jira and PPM software.

Position Summary

The Scrum Master for Digital Projects at GPS BI&T will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Agile development process for our initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital projects. The Scrum Master will help the team adhere to Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Scrum Ceremonies : Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Agile Coaching : Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.

Retrospectives : Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans to enhance team performance.

Metrics and KPIs : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and project progress.

Risk Identification : Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
