Government Procurement & Financial Services Sales Specialist

Location : Washington DC - Remote

As a Government Procurement and Financial Services Sales Specialist you'll be responsible for leading efforts in identifying, pursuing, and securing government procurement opportunities at the federal and state levels. In this role you'll play a dual role as both a strategic business developer and sales executive, focused on promoting our bank's financial and banking services to government agencies.

Responsibilities include :

• Identifying and pursuing procurement opportunities with federal and state government agencies for financial and banking services. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and influencers across government departments.
• Navigating government procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov, state procurement sites) to uncover relevant RFPs, RFIs, and contract vehicles.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and responses to government solicitations.
• Representing the bank at industry events, government expos, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build strategic partnerships.
• Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and providing regular updates to leadership on progress and strategy.
• Staying current on government procurement regulations, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements include :

Compensation : Salary range for new hires is generally $115,000.00 - $148,596.00 for District of Columbia. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned and restricted stock.
