What will you be doing?

• Manage construction of Famous Footwear : Oversight of construction and Specialty Retail projects (new stores, remodels, expansions and relocations), including review of construction documents and exhibits, verifying building codes and permit times, bidding, contracting, permitting, scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting projects
• Manage day to day business relationships : Communication and partnership with landlords, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants
• Research external partnership : Qualify new contractors, materials suppliers, and service provider vendors
• Project management : Monitor and report construction progress communicates dates for new store openings, remodels, expansions and relocations with internal and external partners
• Coordinate national programs and services : Manage the reduction and control of expenses associated with store construction
• Collaborate with Store Planners : Plan, prioritize and coordinate design schedules.
• Travels to sites to survey existing conditions, inspect work progress and verify completion of final punch list items
• Manage invoice and TA process : Collaborate with procurement through company processes and systems
