Service Technician, Commercial Electric

You're the one people call when something sparks and not in a good way. You know the difference between "that's weird" and "that's dangerous," and you've built a career on getting to the bottom of electrical issues that others can't figure out. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician to join our team. Someone who can troubleshoot on the fly, solve problems without shortcuts, and show up for customers the way you'd want someone to show up for you. This role is hands-on, full-time, and comes with a company vehicle, MondayFriday hours, and opportunities to keep growing your skills.

What You'll Do

• Show up on time, ready to work, whether it's a routine job or a high-priority call.
• Fix things right the first time. That means using your knowledge, asking the right questions, and troubleshooting effectively.
• Keep solid records, uploading photos, notes, and receipts in our field service app when the job's done.
• Communicate with your team (especially the Project Manager), check email daily, and submit your timesheets on time.
• Be the face of the company to our customers. That means professional, courteous, and service-first every time. You'll be the face of our team on the job, so you'll need to communicate with customers in a calm, professional way, keeping things clear, friendly, and easy to understand.
