Role Overview : As an Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Consultant, you will lead middleware integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and interface partners, support critical HR processes, monitor jobs during maintenance, and design solutions for new integrations. This is a hybrid role based primarily in Atlanta, GA, with consideration for qualified candidates in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and be the point of contact on US hours for Middleware Integrations, utilizing HCM Extracts, OTBI, Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB, ODI MFT), ATF, Dseries, Oracle PL / SQL, and Unix Scripting.
• Support critical Oracle HCM processes including Payroll Runs, Post Payroll, General Ledger Actuals, and Year-End Benefits involving Middleware Integration.
• Monitor, suspend, and recover jobs during Oracle maintenance and server patching for Middleware Servers.
• Provide technical solutions and high-level design for new integrations, including estimates.
• Manage incidents, requests, and problems related to HR integrations and issues from business users.
