About The Position

Position : RN Operating Room

Location : Des Moines, IA

Start Date : October 27, 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days, Monday–Friday, 4 shifts / week, 10 hours each (6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Job Requirements

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 years current OR experience

Proficient in scrub and circulating roles

Must be skilled in General, Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases

Additional experience a plus in Neuro, Orthopedics (mainly trauma), Gynecology, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, ENT, and Vascular

EPIC EMR experience within the last 3 years

Level I trauma experience

Pay Package (40 guaranteed hours / week) :

Gross Weekly Pay : $2,966

Taxable Weekly : $1,720

Non-Taxable Weekly : $1,246
