The Role
Enclave is looking for a Boston General Manager to manage our day to day operations across the region and to lead our continued expansion in the area. The GM will be the lead on the ground responsible for site selection, growth, sales, staff management and daily operations.
The right candidate will be, above all else, a utility player. Responsibilities are as diverse as working with real estate agents to find the next Enclave location, managing general contractors, overseeing facilities staff, personally performing day to day operations tasks when necessary and coordinating member services and tours. The candidate will take on a lot of responsibility out of the gate, but will do so with the full support of the national team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Marketing
Partner with community groups and organize networking events, workshops and other activities to raise awareness of Enclave
Leverage social media posts to tell the local Enclave story and generate leads
Work with the advertising team to localize ads, direct mail and other outreach tactics
Member Relations and Sales
Guide new leads through the sales process - from discovery to in-location tours to conversion
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our services and amenities
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and increase retention rates
Daily Location Operations
Oversee cleaning staff and, if necessary, clean as needed in locations
Hiring and managing a team once the business grows in Boston
Maintain locations and manage necessary fixes
Hire and oversee contractors where necessary
Expansion and Construction Management
Work with company's real estate agent to identify good Enclave markets and location
Oversee construction and report back to operations team on progress
Qualifications :
Grit. As the only Boston based employee at first and a key member of a small team thereafter, we all have to do whatever has to be done.
Previous coworking experience a huge plus!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically to address client needs.
Experience in operations, marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus.
Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
While this is a hybrid role, travel throughout the suburbs / towns will be required. Candidates must have adequate transportation to visit each Enclave location.
