Global CRM Platform Design Manager

Overview

As the window of TikTok's business services, our TikTok UED Monetization team aims to enable clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential. We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities, and create value with TikTok. This role leads design for TikTok's enterprise-grade CRM platforms within the Monetization UED organization.

You will act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contribution to high-impact initiatives, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet business needs. This is an opportunity to lead design in one of TikTok’s critical B2B infrastructure areas—shaping internal tools and systems that empower global business success.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & People Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product designers across multiple CRM initiatives. Provide ongoing coaching, clear feedback, and career growth support. Foster a culture of design excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Strategic Design Ownership : Define and drive the design vision and user experience strategy for the global CRM platform. Partner with product, engineering, research, and operations leads to shape roadmaps and align design with business priorities. Ensure scalable solutions for complex enterprise workflows across desktop and mobile.
• Design Execution & Craft : Guide the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration. Contribute hands-on on high-priority projects when needed, especially in early-stage or strategic areas. Ensure the design system is consistently applied and evolved for internal platforms.
• Cross-functional Influence : Communicate design strategy to stakeholders at all levels. Advocate for user-centered design in a fast-moving, data-rich, business-driven environment. Collaborate with global teams across sales, marketing, compliance, and analytics to deliver holistic solutions.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position is $172,800 - $318,960 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package, which may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and stock units. Benefits may vary by location.
