Position Highlights

This is a Onsite Role

• Full Time : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM CST
• Location : Memphis, TN
• Ability working in a high-volume environment.
• This role requires an understanding of basic health information management practices
• Familiarity with medical records
• Fundamental knowledge of HIPAA regulations & importance of patient privacy, technical proficiency & general computer skills for data entry, document imaging and communication, competence in handling administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing faxes & incoming requests, organized and goal focused.
• Processing medical record requests such as : Insurance requests, DDS Requests, Workers Comp Request, Subpoenas
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
