Sales Strategy Administrator

The Sales Strategy Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Brand, Chain, and Sales Strategy teams. This role is responsible for overseeing new item setup, supporting Go-To-Market project execution, and maintaining alignment across brand, chain, and sales strategy functions. The Sales Strategy Administrator will serve as a central resource for communication, documentation, and process coordination to help drive efficiency and effectiveness across all commercial teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

  • Manage the setup process for all new items, ensuring timely and accurate communication of item details across Brand, Chain, and Sales Strategy teams.
  • Create and design sell sheets and support collateral for new item launches, brand education, promotional initiatives, and merchandising displays.
  • Prepare and present monthly or ad performance reviews for suppliers, brands, and items to support strategic decision-making across commercial teams.
  • Assist in organizing and updating brand playbooks and strategic resources to ensure accessibility and alignment across departments.
  • Support relationship management with supplier partners by coordinating communications, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Drive internal and external communication for new item launches and strategic initiatives to ensure organizational readiness and alignment.
  • Provide actionable insights and assist in coordinating strategic initiatives that enhance performance across key accounts and channels.
  • Assist with performance tracking, assortment analysis, and executional coordination to support commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to implement IT selling tools and materials, helping to close distribution and volume gaps.
  • Support and refine Go-To-Market workflows, ensuring clear timelines, task ownership, and execution across teams.
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards at all times.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the Brand, Chain, and Sales Strategy teams.

    Education : Basic training in an office or operations. Knowledge of basic office software and office technology, or warehouse / delivery technology. First-line production supervisors over semi-skilled operations, and the like. Equivalent to 1-3 practical trades or training. Degree : 2, points 30

    Experience : Over 1 year up to and including 3 years. Degree : 4, points 80

    Complexity Of Duties : Duties are repetitive, and routine that involve the use of numerous established clerical and / or other general procedures involving average detail and variation where the employee is responsible for recognition of previously described sets or circumstances and correct choice of action within limits of standard practices and procedures, requiring the making of contingency decision and the use of some judgement.     Equipment : Ability to operate standard office machines such as copier, computer, fax, binder, calculator, etc. Proficient with Excel and Word programs. Knowledge of elementary accounting, 10 key touch, and / or a variety of office procedures.

    Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
