Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location : Arizona (Banner Health)

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (12-hour shift)

Schedule : Guaranteed 24 hours / week

Contract Length : 13 weeks (91 days)

On-Call & Weekend : Schedule TBD by facility

Start Date : Must be on or very close to order start date

Restrictions & Requirements (MANDATORY) :

BLS – Must be AHA or American Red Cross only , active upon submission

Not allowed during week 1 or on holidays
