The pay range for this position is $83,200-$101,504 / year

(Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.)

Residential Care Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Full-time

Wake Robin seeks a dedicated nursing professional with a strong desire to work within a community of older adults.

Our Residential Care Nurse Supervisor provides daily oversight of resident care for our residential care neighborhood. Primary responsibilities include :

  • Delivery and oversight of excellent nursing care to residents
  • Development and implementation of service plans
  • Completion of required State assessments and reports and compliance with State regulations
  • Liaison with families and other care providers
  • Delegation to and supervision of Certified Residential Care Assistants

Education And Experience

  • Current and unencumbered Vermont license as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of one year of clinical leadership experience
