Customer Service Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Service Manager will manage accounts, taking orders from customers, and resolve issues with orders. You will lead the customer service initiatives within our organization, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. We are looking for a candidate with experience in customer service / supply chain within the food, beverage, or CPG industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and lead the customer service team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to improve service delivery and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and food manufacturing teams to streamline order processes and improve customer experiences.
  • Monitor and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably in the food, beverage or CPG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and food manufacturing operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
