As the Verdantas CRM Program Analyst II, you will play a critical role in the success of Verdantas' business development by coordinating the client experience program, as well as supporting Verdantas sales operations activities. If you are a passionate about the client experience, with a great attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting our seller-doers and business development professionals, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing success.

Manage the Verdantas Client Relationship Manager (CRM) program, including :

oWork with Finance and IT to develop a robust CRM system, including Vantagepoint ERP and automation tools

oRepresent the business development team in program meetings

oDevelop and deliver training and communications to user groups

oProvide program support to users

oProvide data analysis and metric reporting to leadership

Support sales operations efforts to improve Vantagepoint data hygiene

Coordinate data analytics to monitor business development spends, including but not limited to proposal costs and conference costs

In collaboration with other sales operations teammates, develop and implement business development training programs

Assist with client and industry research projects

Develop or work with team members to create compelling content, including presentations and internal articles, aligned with company messaging and branding.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Experience managing CRM data

Customer service mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Detail-oriented and ability to work independently

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Salary Range : 95,000
