Position : Senior Accountant

Location : Boston

Salary : $95,000-105,000+ bonus + equity

The Senior Accountant's responsibilities include :

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Maintain SOX 404(b) compliance through proper documentation, controls, and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors
  • Assist with audit requests, flux analysis, and preparation of schedules to support financial reporting and external disclosures
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and support ad hoc projects in a fast-paced biotech environmentTop of Form

    • Qualifications :

  • 4 + years' experience in accounting operations with advanced Excel skills required, pharma and biotech experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience interacting with internal control / SOX auditors and external financial auditors
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
