Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Staffing Coordinator  to join our team. The  Staffing Coordinator  plays a critical role in managing and coordinating the staffing needs of our nursing home. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule nursing staff shifts to ensure appropriate coverage based on patient care needs and staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and availability.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding schedule changes, open shifts, and coverage needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and optimize staff allocation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new nursing staff.
• Monitor and address staffing issues such as call-offs and last-minute schedule changes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
• Utilize scheduling software and systems efficiently to manage staff schedules.
