Being a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Technology Associate is responsible for functional and technical support of the Company's existing and future technology portfolio including day to day support in the implementation of new features, enhancements and fixes and the ongoing support of end-users. The Associate will gather detailed requirements, compile business and functional design documents, execute test plans, and assist with user acceptance testing and end user training. Additionally, this position will support other areas of HR and the business in developing complex reports and supporting downstream business processes and systems. The HR Technology Associate will also participate in the ongoing transformation of the HR technology environment ensuring tools and processes continuously meet evolving business needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP Product Analyst to join our team. This role provides functional and technical support for the Company's enterprise-level HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP products. The analyst will play a key role in supporting existing solutions and contributing to the implementation of new features, system enhancements, and issue resolutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective use of HR technology and to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP systems.
- Serve as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new features, enhancements, reports, and integrations.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and system design documents.
- Design and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in resolving issues identified during testing.
- Participate in the implementation and rollout of new HCM modules, system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, user guides, and support documentation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to vendors or internal technical teams.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using native tools and custom queries as needed.
- Support compliance with internal controls, data security, and audit requirements.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting HR and Payroll systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP products (such as Workforce Now, Vantage, or Enterprise).Experience with system configuration, testing, issue tracking, and end-user support.Technical & Functional Skills :
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.Experience with ADP products, integrations, and vendor coordination.Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, ADP Reporting, or SQL-based reporting.Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes in an enterprise environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience supporting HR system implementations or upgrades.Understanding of data privacy, HR compliance, and security protocols.Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs).Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
