As the Analyst, Software Deployment , you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing software and hardware deployment solutions to client restaurants. You will serve as the technical expert who works with development teams, project managers, cross functional team members, external vendors, and 3rd party consultants to deliver hardware and software on a project-oriented basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gather and maintain a knowledge base of procedures to fulfill hardware installation and software deployment tasks.
• Collaborate with development groups in restaurant technology and other teams to translate technical documents into implementation, remediation, and validation processes.
• Communicate with third party and vendor resources to ensure fulfilment of tasks and objectives within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with New Restaurant Opening and Return to Service organizations and teams to provide deployment support for restaurants during normal business hours, and off-hour support as necessary.
• Act as point of contact between client and third party / vendor resources.
• Implement and coordinate validation and remediation tasks related to hardware and software deployments, working with internal and 3rd party teams.
• Document, review, and distribute documentation related to technologies including support requirements, troubleshooting information, validation, and other deployment processes.
• Provide data for and publish deployment reports to cross functional teams and IT leadership on a daily, weekly, or project basis based on the requirements of specific projects and initiatives.
• Participate in project team meetings. Lead stand-up calls for all team members and management teams. Initiate work sessions or focus meetings as necessary to fulfill the objectives of a given project or initiative.
• Collaborate with team members in developing new processes and technologies in developing improvements for future deployments.
• All other duties as assigned.
