The role supports team development, promotes manufacturer programs, and drives strategic growth in aftermarket services-all aligned with Butler's mission to build long-term relationships founded on trust and mutual success.

What You'll Do

• Provide support to the Service and Parts Team in your region, including travel to those stores.
• Assist with meeting metrics and attributes set by Caterpillar.
• Conduct contamination control audits, review customer surveys, and provide support to the store for ways to improve customer experience.
