Role Requirements for a Client Account Coordinator
Coordinate outreach efforts across assigned residential and commercial territories, supporting AT&T Fiber service activations through structured engagement workflows.
Manage client onboarding by overseeing documentation, provisioning updates, and activation readiness using AT&T’s internal systems.
Track account progress through CRM platforms to ensure pipeline visibility, timely follow-ups, and accurate campaign reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery benchmarks, resolve onboarding gaps, and maintain activation velocity.
Prepare client-facing materials, update activation schedules, and verify documentation accuracy to support seamless service deployment.
