About The Position

Job Summary :

We are seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide therapy services for the 2025–2026 school year in a well-supported public school district in Houston, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed professionals passionate about pediatric speech and language development. The role offers strong support, manageable caseloads, and the ability to work within a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide therapy to students with speech and language needs in an elementary school setting

Manage a caseload of approximately 45–55 students

Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Document progress and maintain accurate case records

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other therapists to support student outcomes

Participate in IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences

Provide direct therapy and consultative services as required

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Active Texas SLP license – required

Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) – supervision provided by the district

Minimum of 1 year experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Experience working with elementary-age students preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
