Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as a force multiplier for the CEO—managing priorities, communications, and operational workflows. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to help the CEO scale his leadership and community-facing responsibilities in a fast-moving real estate investment business.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Communication
Manage CEO’s calendar, including meetings with sellers, investors, and community partners.
Screen and prioritize email, voicemail, and inbound communication; draft responses and ensure follow-through.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics.
Prepare agendas, track action items, and assist with minutes and follow-up from key meetings.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal staff (Acquisitions, Dispositions, Closing, Marketing), and external stakeholders.
Operations & Project Coordination
Track business metrics, project timelines, and closing schedules; prepare summaries for executive decisions.
Organize documents for home purchase deals, closings, and investor materials.
Support onboarding of hires / contractors and vendor coordination.
Maintain digital and paper filing systems; handle confidential information with discretion.
Community & Strategic Engagement
Help plan and coordinate community events and homeowner outreach.
Support CEO in networking, speaking engagements, and investor meetings.
Assist with marketing efforts, investor updates, and communications with referral partners.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in real estate, finance, or investment.
Experience with contracts, transactions, or closing documents is a plus.
Comfort working directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred, but not required.
