We are seeking multiple experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our collaborative and busy team. The opportunity

In this role, you will be an integral part of our litigation team, handling litigated matters from inception through resolution. You will have a clear path for advancement and the opportunity to develop significant courtroom and client management experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload, including handling depositions and court appearances.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Provide timely and strategic counsel to clients.

Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Required :

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in an active litigation practice.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active Colorado law license in good standing.

Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

Preferred :

Experience handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, or bad faith claims.

A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

A positive attitude and a strong sense of humor to contribute to our team culture.
