What You'll Do

Attend training on applicable equipment

Perform additional duties as needed

Assist in loading and unloading materials

Maintain clean and orderly work areas

Operate production machines safely and efficiently

Participate in Safety Programs and uphold Safety Culture

What You'll Need

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Willingness to cross-train

Strong work ethic and adherence to safety protocols

Team player mentality with attention to detail

Ability to operate machinery safely and independently

Flexibility for overtime and emergency situations

Physical capability for lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods

Basic technical understanding and communication skills

Previous experience in heavy industrial environments preferred, but not required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred

Pay : $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 a.M. To 4 p.M., with competitive pay rates

Clear background and drug screen required.
