UCI's School of Humanities has 185 faculty, 13 departments, and 16 Centers, all of which are supported by the Humanities Advancement team. The successful candidate will join a team where hard work, integrity, quality, and kindness are highly valued. This position will be responsible for coordinating stewardship and donor relations activities for the team, as well as assisting with a wide range of projects which support fundraising, as well as high level administrative support.
Your Role on the Team
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Development , Humanities, the Development Analyst is responsible for a variety of project management, fundraising, and administrative duties in support of Humanities initiatives. The incumbent coordinates a wide range of stewardship and donor relations activities in support of Humanities and will perform coordination of complex, confidential and sensitive issues of a broad scope related to fundraising programs.. This position will serve in a liaison role, responding with tact and diplomacy on behalf of the development office through verbal and / or written communications. The incumbent will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the team focused on qualification of major gift prospects and maintaining accurate prospect information. Additionally, the position is expected to raise gift dollar amounts as established in the key responsibilities.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $34.29- $37.00 (Hourly).
