Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a Renal Vascular RN for it's Gainesville, FL facility. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Job Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience in Med-Surg, Med-Tele, IMU, or PCU required.

Licensure : Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL RN license f relocating).

Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.

Certifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support) – required

NIH Stroke Scale Certification – required

Other Requirements :

Must reside within a commutable distance (no more than 60 minutes).

Must be comfortable managing a 7 : 1 patient ratio.

Shifts : Day (7a–7p) and Night (7p–7a)

On-Call : None

Environment : Fast-paced acute care setting requiring strong critical thinking and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Comprehensive Benefits Package

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$4.25 / hr

Weekends : +$3.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Days)

$25,000 (Nights)
