We're a well-established, growing CPA firm with four Minnesota locations, specializing in accounting, payroll, and tax services for small and medium-sized businesses. We're currently seeking a Small Business Accounting and Tax Manager to join our West St. Paul team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise staff accountants in monthly compilation write-up services
  • Prepare business and personal income tax returns
  • Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients
  • Build strong relationships through direct client communication and support

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of public accounting and tax experience
  • CPA or EA preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter who enjoys helping small business owners succeed
