• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Ability to float within scope as needed

Description :

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will work a night shift consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 6 : 1 for boarders and 4 : 1 for ED patients.

Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.

There is no on-call requirement for this position.

The facility does not require the nurse to float between like units or sister facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on critical care and trauma situations.

All candidates must hold active certifications from the American Heart Association.

The role involves the management of acute and complex patient conditions in a dynamic environment.

Registered nurses will be expected to provide high-quality care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Interdisciplinary support is available to address diverse patient diagnoses.

This position primarily involves adult patients with some pediatric cases as needed.

The successful candidate will handle various emergency medical conditions and perform necessary procedures per industry standards.

Compliance with safety and health protocols is paramount in this role.
