Clinical Role :
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., or until all patients are seen
Call is 1 : 7 (phone call only)
Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection / aspiration
Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed
Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
Average patient census per day is 18-22
Opportunities for teaching exist with Family Medicine residents clinical teaching and supervision
Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff
Must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics

Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation
