• Assignment Type : Permanent (PERM)
• Start Date : As soon as possible
• Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
• Setting : Inpatient Call Requirement :
• CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
• Call schedule : 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month. Practice Model & Team :
• Current Staffing : 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
• CRNAs : Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
• Some supervision of CRNAs. Case Types & Volume :
• Annual Volume : - 900 inpatient OR cases - 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy) - 450 births per year
• Anesthesia Sites : Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
• Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including : - Bariatrics - Non-invasive Cardiology - ENT (including healthy pediatrics) - General Surgery - GI - Orthopedics - Urology - OBGYN Technology & Systems :
• EMR : Meditech Compensation & Benefits :
• Salary : Highly competitive $325K
• Sign-on Bonus : $50K
• Relocation Reimbursement : Up to $10K
