Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, holistic care.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, health assessments, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
• Provide immunizations, preventative care, and health education to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other team members to coordinate care
• Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Qualifications :
• Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in NY and board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience)
• New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and support will be provided
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
