What You’ll Do
As a Senior Creative Strategist on the Marketing Services team, you’ll shape the creative direction of innovative companies raising capital today. You’ll drive impact in five key areas :
Creative Strategy & Briefing
Translate deep research into big ideas, campaign concepts, and creative strategies tailored for investor audiences.
Write clear, actionable creative briefs aligned with testing strategies that produce measurable wins.
Lead client calls, surface insights, and capture narratives that inform campaign strategy.
Performance Optimization
Analyze creative performance data (ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversions) to identify trends and refine strategies that maximize impact.
Use testing insights to inform future creative iterations and long-term planning.
Recommend creative pivots across paid social, landing pages, and email campaigns.
A / B Testing & Experimentation
Design A / B tests to identify high-performing creative variations across audience segments and platforms.
Foster a culture of experimentation by sharing findings and encouraging cross-functional testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with strategy, paid media, retention, creative content production to align creative strategies with campaign goals.
Build strong relationships with production teams to scale output without compromising quality.
Serve as the creative voice in cross-functional discussions, centering investor motivations in storytelling.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep creative efforts competitive.
Champion a growth mindset by embracing new tools, formats, and storytelling approaches.
Leverage AI and automation daily to accelerate research, spark concepts, streamline workflows, and scale testing without sacrificing quality.

Strategic & Technical Expertise
Proven ability to develop creative strategies and briefs that drive measurable outcomes across paid social, landing pages, and email.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, and full-funnel marketing metrics; translate data into creative direction.
Hands-on use of LLMs and creative AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) to ideate, prototype, and scale.
Research & Analytical Rigor
Expertise in conducting deep research into industries and competitors to surface insights.
Strong track record in testing frameworks and performance optimization, linking creative variables to results.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in compliance-sensitive environments.
Project & Operational Leadership
Manage multiple complex client loads while maintaining high quality and deadlines.
Cross-functional collaboration with Paid Media, Video, and Design; guide priorities and handoffs.
Experience introducing process improvements, frameworks, or AI-driven tools that yield efficiency gains.
Interpersonal & Client-Facing Skills
Present creative rationale and performance takeaways with clarity and authority.
Strong communication to guide clients and internal teams through strategy, feedback, and testing results; collaborate effectively.
