Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pad Print Associate for a temp to hire position with a growing company known for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Southwest Houston area. As an Pad Print Associate, you are responsible for the properly stamp golf balls by operating a personalized, two, three, four or five color pad print machines ensuring productivity levels are met. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a winning team, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Responsibilities :

Record pad printed ball production and wipes, stage orders in DCA system.

Monitor and maintain equipment (example : change and clean ink wells. Plates, pads, etc.

Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Control and operate assigned pad print equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Must have prior pad print or similar experience.

Use blueprints and Schematics.

Use and understand measuring devices and tolerances

Must have a clear background, drug-free status, and clean driving record.

Advanced knowledge in printed press or similar.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
