About The Position

Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a RN Manager for their Labor and Delivery Unit in Davie, FL . The Nurse Manager directs, plans, organizes, and evaluates the Labor and Delivery and PNU Departments unit to comply with hospital and medical staff standards set forth by regulatory organizations (State, TJC, CMS, AHCA, etc.).Maintains efficient and effective operations by ensuring the coordination of services provided to patients, coordination of program activities with hospital administration, and management of budget and marketing functions.

Job Requirements

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN License (must transfer to FL if compact).

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Certifications (may be obtained within specified timeframe) :

BLS

ACLS

NRP

STABLE within 60 months

Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring within 60 months

Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager experience required .

Strong leadership and ability to manage staff performance, budget, and patient outcomes.
