Position Summary : Responsible for coordinating resources to effectively manage the community and accomplish objectives established by management.

FREQUENTLY : Stand and climb stairs, reach above the shoulder, lift 5 - 25 pounds, climb ladders and do push and pull motion.

OCCASIONALLY : Reach above the shoulder, lift 5 – 25 pounds, climb ladders, and do push / pull motion.

Compensation :

$61,000 to 63,000 / annually (including monthly bonuses and commission)
