Description :

General job duties include providing nursing care as part of a team.

Familiarity with computerized charting and medication systems is required.

HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication delivery systems are utilized.

The nurse-to-patient ratio in the unit is determined by an Acuity Measurement Tool.

Scrubs are the required dress code; they should be tasteful and in good condition.

Orientation includes general job understanding and department-specific training.

Call may be required, and weekends may also be a part of the schedule.

Training focuses on service excellence and safety in the healthcare setting.
