Channel Account Manager - Erp
IFS is seeking to hire a Channel Account Manager that will be responsible for driving sales through our ecosystem of Channel Partners. A successful CAM will facilitate business planning with Partners that outline Partner sales targets and the supporting marketing activities needed to reach those goals. This individual will establish strong partner executive / sales relationships to increase investment in their IFS Partnership and significantly grow Partner sales. Channel Account Manager will also help to identify potential areas for Partner recruitment which aligns to our strategic GTM plan with Partners.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales through Partners
- Define and execute business planning with Partners to identify lead generation activities and target account selling activities
- Leverage IFS Academy, Global Alliances team and local resources to help enable Partner's sales / pre-sales resources to increase close rates
- Engage with Partners for pipeline review, account planning / BVE, onsite sales support, sales coaching, etc.
- Develop and review sales proposals with partners
- Strengthen and expand existing partner account relationships to drive profitable revenue growth
- Ensure internal processes adherence (lead registration, forecasting, tracking, KPIs, etc.)
- Actively monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase market penetration
- Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to advocate for Partners and communicate KPIs
- Conduct ongoing internal / external business reviews to ensure Partner's are meeting established metrics
- Keep abreast of related competitive issues, practices, and products
- Help to identify potential areas for Partner recruitment which aligns to our strategic GTM plan with Partners
